University of Hawaii is in session and everyone is looking to ride a moped. They are a great way to get around Hawaii and are environmentally friendlier. For all those new riders some tips on riding your moped in Hawaii. First off watch all road paint, they become really slick with any moisture. Also (packing) riding double is illegal in Hawaii, however most times cops have better things to do.
